In cooperation with occupational health care we can provide our station Sesame Connect.
We have found that there are two obstacles when presenting a checkpoint, some might find it offensive at first and leadership does not really know how to deal with a red ”flag”.
Our experience is that if everyone has to exhale and clock in to work there is no integrity problem. If there is an alarm it will not flash visibly to anybody. There are choices like a text message to the person that just got ”flagged” and a message to the responsible leader. We also think that by bringing this check point there is also a great opportunity to set up a program on how to deal with addiction or just plain ”party attitude”.
