Like you, we’re still working to make sense of the COVID-19 outbreak and how, as a company, we can best support our customers and employees during this time. We want to ensure that we are able to serve you long term, which made two things clear to us:
- Our employees need to stay safe. Most of us are working remotely from home, while others are alternating shifts to keep us healthy and the company operational. Travel has been temporarily suspended.
- Our customers deserve our support. You can still contact us for anything you need—demonstrations, virtual meetings, service, you name it. To help prevent the spread of COVID-19, on-site training and workshops are temporarily suspended through April 15th with later dates currently under review, and we’re working to expand our remote alternatives.
We realize that this is an unprecedented time, and there are a lot of unknowns. But what we do know is that by working together, we can take active measures to ensure our health and safety. Our thoughts are with each of you, and if you have any questions please don’t hesitate to reach out.
